Cokato Mn engine bulder

I am trying to come up with contact info for an engine builder from Cokato Mn first name Harlan.  He use to work for the local Ford dealer.. I have one of his engines in a car I bought and I am trying to find out some info on it

Royce, Kevin R (thatdarncat) knows Harlan pretty well.  Seems to me he listed his contact info here not long ago...
