Precision Oil Pumps makes one, link below, scroll down the page:

Trans Dapt also makes one. I wasn't sure it was still available, but looks like it is. I added the first link I found, probably available at other dealers:

https://www.mustangsunlimited.com/itemdy00.asp?T1=TD1015+01

The Trans Dapt is cheaper and a casting, but I bought one 35 years ago, it worked fine. But one thing to note, the 2 ports are close together and tricky to get braided line fittings screwed down on without interference (but possible). Just looking at the photo of the Precision Oil Pumps adaptor, it looks like the ports are stepped, it may make it less likely for the fittings to interfere, but I've never used one.

all MADE IN USA and stated so on the castings in large capital letters. They originally decades ago had Fram part numbers on them. Unfortunately like almost everything today and for a number of years the Asian sourced products look-like but are quite different under careful inspection. To put the old USA MADE next to the new trans Dapt and other ones is night and day to me - I'd guess 15-25% less metal in them. Leave it to you, if you feel less metal weakens the casting/product but personally I buy every decently priced USA MADE adapter and remote dual filter mount I find at swap-meets - funny Ive even gotten them with AN fittings, SS hoses and used filters still w/oil inside.
