  He's working on an IPA with Galaxy hops, gonna call it the Galaxie 500.  The batch is in the can right now.  This thing is definitely a family affair.

 Should come out to the Northwest.... Oregon has the most micro brews per capita out of any state!!! I too brew my own beer. I make 5 gallons at a time. Making beer is kind of like building an FE.... You can make it what you want LOL

Don't know how many gallons are "cooking" on this end, but I'll be finding out pretty soon.  The northwest sounds great but right now don't have the luxury of time on my side.  I am planning on a trip to Beaver Springs PA here in late April though ::).......  Hope the weather holds.

Yeah, somewhere along the way "aluminum" head turned into a nice "frothy" head ???.  I must, of course, accept full responsibility.  So then, it's to the task at hand from here on out.........
