« on: January 14, 2014, 01:12:55 AM »
Posted earlier on FE forum about sell my 427 S/O short block or pieces.Have posted before on 427 tunnelport that needed work and going to do a 482 after market short block.Heads on the way to Barry@Survival to be checked out and repaired. What I want to know is what I should sell My existing parts for1)66 vintage Block that needs 2 sleeves and already has 2 sleeves and most likely needs to be pinned, also block has been windowed with excellent repair2)rotating assembly with factory forged $ crank and Eagle H rods and TRW 12.5 domed pistons 3)original Ford D spec flat tappet 4)also Pat Mason rebuilt Vertex Mag with new Taylor solid core Wires. Parts still in machine shop and going to pick up report and take pictures, but a local offered me 1500.00 CDN for block unseen. engine was together until mid August when it lost pressure.Looking for a little advice as this could show up soon in classifies. I know I am a little early in posting with out casting # or picture or engine report to post, but I will need as much money as I can get For my build coming up. still trying to post picures but am very computer illiterate
