That second one is from Joe Kummer of Joe's Auto Sales.  Joe has been in business as a Ford-only junkyard in Vermillion Minnesota for over 30 years; I bought some parts from him back in 1978.  He is retiring and is now selling the contents of his yard.  I imagine that most of the good stuff is gone, but I'm sure he still has a ton of the run of the mill FE parts.

Saved info on second. The first looks like 3 different engine sizes in one! Probably a 361 or 391. Maybe an Allison behind it?

The first one isn't an FE or a FT, looks like a 460 derivitive ( 385 series ) for a heavy duty truck. Check out the valve covers for the clue. And I agree, the ad couldn't be more confusing, but sometimes that's how you find a good deal, when the seller doesn't know what he has. A friend of mine picked up a 429 SCJ once that way.
Jay is correct about Joe, I doubt there's any Ford person around here who hasn't purchased something from Joe over the years.

Yep. Tranny adapter distracted me.
