Which size needle seat assembly?

Been running 110Ds forever. Sometimes they hang up,( often enough that I bring spares to track).
If I upgrade should I go to 120s? 130s?
Car is still street car. Usually run 6+ psi at track with the two Quick Fuel carbs.
