Selling out
« on: December 12, 2025, 03:51:33 PM »
Due to age and health I have decided to sell all my part's for my 63 Galaxie along with the car.
I will have to sit down and catalog all my part's 99% are new.
I have been putting these parts in my parts room for 20 year's and all most all are new with some being taken out of the box for mock up only.
The main parts are
i- Rust free 63 Galaxie 2 door box top with no rust I could find, the only rust is where the primer wore though that the last owner applied and I have not had the time to sand and respray yet. Neighborhood kids hit the windshield with a large rock and it will need replacement
It will come with all part's I received when I bought it.
1- A newly put together short block with receipts for $2000 of machine work. Has worked Edelbrock heads, new 351 intake adapter 351C  track heat intake etc.
2- 6R80 with new billet Circle D torque converter ,Quick 6 computer control and Locar shifter, with Speed Gems complete 6r80to fe adapter kit to install 6r80.
New cross member kit for tyranny.
A lot more parts .
I should have put this in the for sale section but don't have a complete list or prices figured out yet.

I would assume you would rather sell it all as one vs. part it out. Once you get your price, items list, and some images I would be interested.

As soon as the battery's for my camera get recharged pictures  will be on the way.
And yes I would like to sell as one unit as it is 70 miles to the shipper for me and I only want to make one trip.

I have all ready quoted a price on the 6r80 parts to a few member's so right now I am waiting for some answer's if they  will take the part's or not.
If not I will give a price on the whole lot.
I would really prefer to sell to someone who can pick up the parts here because of the shipping cost.
I ship a lot and the cost's have shot up so much in the last 3 year's that it is getting where the shipping cost as much as the part's

Here are some pictures of my receipts for the engine machine work.
This engine short block has been assembled for a few year's but the top end was not installed because I was waiting for some work. I did set the heads and jays adapter, intake and carb on it to keep out dust etc enclosed in a engine bag.
I did shoot some engine store in each cylinder and turned the engine over every couple of weeks.
.030 over with Race tech forged piston's with skinny ring pack.
Scat H beam rod's.
New Ferrea valve's.
Jay's timing set and cover.
New Electric water pump with a new standard water pump as a spare.
Jays intake adapter with Trick flow Track Heat intake.
Carb is new 780 cfm [Proform]if you want it.
POP blueprinted oil pump and screen.
Canton road race oil pan.
Right now it has the most hated cam on the forum but it will sound great. An exact repoduction of the Ford D cam.
I all so have a new comp cams # 33-230-4 280H.
A lot more.
