Hate to come in behind Blair's big wampuss cat, but thought I would throw this up here as I think (I could be wrong) it's the first dyno test of Jay's Tunnel Port heads.  Just as a note, no head work was done, the heads were assembled with SI stainless valves and a PAC valve spring package.  No port work.  Factory 1x4 Tunnel Port intake had the floors raised/shaped to match the ports in the heads.

Is the cam duration listed correct?
266/280 @ .050 is a healthy duration to stop at 6,000rpm, especially with tunnel port heads.

It is correct.

This is around a 300 cfm head at lift (under 180 on the exhaust side) and you lose about 8-10 degrees of duration at the valve due to valve lash.  It flatlined and held the power to about 6500 rpm, but technically 6000 is the first hp rpm peak.

It's too bad that the heads didn't get the bowl cleanup under the valve.  My test heads flowed about 350 on the intake with the 5 angle valve job and the bowl cleanup.  Bet it would have picked up a lot of power with that work.

There's another guy going to the dyno soon with the proper bowl preparation, plus one of my 2X4 intakes.  Looking forward to seeing how that one does...

Nice Brent I guess Jays heads are working well. Only 10 to 1 making good power. Love the flat tap pet to me nothing sounds better not even a solid roller. Was that cam nitride.
