I need a single good C5AE-f head to replace a damaged one on a current build.

Where are you located? Do you care about casting date?

I am located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Date codes are not that important although current heads are 5H and 5J. To be clear, my machine shop discovered a porous spot on an intake port during the build. I am still trying to find out if it can be repaired and am planning on going there on Monday. I need to see first hand what we are dealing with and then see what alternatives I have. The shop assumes it cannot be repaired, but as you know, that is not always the case. Understandably, I started my search for a replacement in case all else fails. I will update this as I find out more, thanks.

Hello,
Lock and Stich near Gilroy California could fix the head!  Those guys do magic with cast iron parts…
