Anyone got a good way of getting stuck rings out of pistons been soaking them in wd-4 for a few days but they are not coming out

Try soaking the pistons in coca-cola. Really.
You can also try Oven Cleaner. Rinse well.

Try a higher quality penetrating oil just about anything is better than wd40 for this type of effort, pb blaster, liquid wrench, Kroil, et
