Our member Drew at his company Air-Fuel-Spark does that kind of work, and I think even sells the converted float bowls already done at times. He has a website & Facebook page, you can check out some of the amazing restoration work he performs on Ford/Holley carbs. Only thing is his business is a side job from his regular work, so sometimes you have to be patient, he keeps pretty busy. He sells Holley rebuild kits, throttle linkage, etc. too.

Can't go wrong with Drew. These people did a couple of the needle/seat thread repairs for me prior to Drew being an option:

I think Drew posted that he's just trying to finish up what he has there after the hurricane tore his roof off

Bowl repair takes me 5 minutes. Normally same day shipping back out.
I had tooling made and 500 or so repair inserts made.
$25 for the work.
Email my wife at afscarbs@gmail.com
Send bowl with info in it. If you need any other parts they are on my afscarbs page.

Oh, and trying ti make it dual inlet…. That isn’t something I do on a one off type deal.
Yes I can do it, takes awhile to fixture up on the mill so I normally don’t do until I have 30-40 bowls.
Also due to the thin casting, the fatality rate is high. Ie many bowls get too thin right before the needle.
