You have a tough one there.
If your engine is governed, you don't want to get very far out of that range, torque wise. I have Ford FT manuals, from 64 - 75 and it appears Ford never changed much of anything on the FT's. They are rated at 4000 rpm hp wise and 2000 torque wise. Of the three (330,361,391), only the 330 has a different cam. There's no timing given but, the lifts are different on the 330.
I only have 2 suggestions:
1. Get a 361/391 cam
2. Get this Elgin cam, that is copy of the 390 2v cam and is probably the same as the 360/390 2v PU cam.

The above cam, should be advanced, 4°- 6°, with your 7.6 CR but, if you have the HD, large snout crank, you can't buy anything to advance it.
