Cleveland to FE intake manifold adapter
« on: October 26, 2023, 08:31:30 PM »
Cleveland to FE intake manifold adapter by Jay.  Part # 13001, S/N 0046 originally sold in 2014.  In the original FE Power box.  Complete with the instructions and adapter installation bolts. $800 plus shipping.
I’ll be driving to California next week and to Minnesota within a month.  If you are not in a hurry, I can ship from a place that will minimize the shipping cost.

10/30/23:  Edited to correct the name

With that part # and description it sounds like it might be a FE Power intake adapter, not Ford Power Parts?

correct me if im wrong, but I dont think you can install a 351c intake in an FE engine? ,
and cant imagine anyone attempting to spend time and money to manufacture such.

Actually, Jay's FE Power unit is a copy of one made decades previous, that I believe is a copy of one made decades prior to that...

I have a copy of some original material about the first ones buried here somewhere...
Can't remember the guy's name, but I think the company was called PSE (Pro Stock Engineering) or similar?

Should I dig it out and share it?
I think know roughly which box itis filed in...

Testing my way-back memory here.
I'd enjoy having one myself, but...

Even the better manifold options to make the adapter desirable are fairly rare/obsolete at this point I guess.

Yes, FE Power is the forum you are on  ;D, run by Jay Brown. But as pointed out by Mark, there were multiple versions before, both commercial and custom one offs by racers.

Here is a pic of one of Jays adapters on my 65 427.......PSE was Paul Bedoin (sp) and i think that himself and Ford Power Parts did not got along so i doubt they would sell PSE products of any kind.....Cory

You would be correct Cory. Paul and Ron Miller shared no love, there used to be a picture of the FPP guys in no PSE shirts with circle and a line through PSE.
