Converting to screw in oil gallery plugs

After reading various posts and watching an excellent video of Brent's, I brought out the reamer and tap and went to work.  I'm assuming this isn't an issue but thought it would be prudent to ask about the depth on the 4 rear plugs.  On all other plugs I ended up with 2 or so threads from being flush, with a slightly different result on the rear plugs as shown in the picture.  On the plus side, the plug between the distributor and lifter bores turned out perfect.    Do I need to worry about the rear plugs sticking out farther than a couple threads? Any feedback is appreciated.

Why not go over those threads a second time and get the depth you think is ideal? Use plenty of oil so as not to chew up the existing thread chase. I have always marked my various bits, taps etc. when I have a specific depth in mind.

They're going to stick out in the back and that's ok.  Most of your block plates have holes to accommodate it.  Main thing that you watch out for is tapping them too deep and blocking off an oil feed passage.

I was thinking of doing that, and did mark my tap and reamer (the rear holes were the first ones I tapped) after doing the 4th.  Mostly I don't have a good reference regarding a "proper" depth other than seeing the end result of some of the plugs in Brent's vid.

That was definitely my concern and why I asked.  Since my block plate has holes for all 4 gallery plugs, I'll leave them as is.
