You will just give them the compression height that you need to make them sit at zero deck or a few thou out. In your case, with a 10.133" deck height, it would be ((10.133-6.490-(3.780/2)) = 1.753". Wouldn't hurt to get them at 1.755".
For an 86cc chamber with a target of 10:1, you'd need to have about 1-2cc of net volume, which means that the piston would have a small dome with valve reliefs to give that net volume.
