That is a beaut!  Those valve covers hanging out in the breeze are really cool...

Where's the elevators and rudders for that thing? And no training wheels to keep it from falling over when you goose the throttle? :)

All joking aside, I love the old fendered and fenderless highboys. Especially with the nose in the weeds. I'm kinda partial to flatheads in them, but who's going to complain about an SOHC in ANYthing! Nice looking project!

Forget the training wheels, you're going to need wheelie bars!

Thanks for the kind words,  I was planning on running sides on the car but once the engine  went in the side scoops were going to be huge, and much happier with the look now, the fire wall has been moved back 3 inches, to fit the engine on to stock length 32 rails, We have not stretched it like Mike Martins Yellow coupe was done.

The front end is Stainless steel I beam 3 inch drop, Buick finned brakes with disc brakes hidden in side , steel grill frame, Dan fink insert. and much more .

Engine side of things still working on, To stroke or leave standard, any ideas on this . Car is street drive and making it as reliable as possible. But hilborne fast system is what is going to be using.

Will post photos of the chassis soon as well as the header build which is going to be fun. headers are going to run on the out side of the chassis. Cheers

Gotta agree wholeheartedly with that! Looks awesome. Should be a bundle of fun.

That car's gonna be a beaut!  Zoomies would look great coming off of that SOHC!  Make it look like you transplanted an old T/F motor into your 32... ;)

One of my favorite rods along with a t bucket and 40 Ford. Also like the 1940 Buick Business Coupe.  Anyhow I am glad to see no Chevy under the  hood LOL. That always is beyond my understanding, also the first SOHC I have seen in a rail frame open wheel. Take it easy on the go pedal YIKES!.......Jon
