This chunk of extra material has apparently gone undetected for over 50 years in the #5 runner of a 289 intake. It's about the size of a cigarette butt, and you can't see it from either end.
This is not an endorsement for cheap imported endoscopes from Amazon because I hate that, but I guess it sort of is.
