Leny, on my computer you can right click on the picture and select Open Link in New Tab.  This will show you the whole picture.

Gonna be a very impressive car, that's for sure...

Well finally got to the point that we could test the car to see if everything was working correctly together. A Monumental moment after 32 years. A few years of work a lot of years of sitting around. When I first put the chassis kit together from Chris Aliston, it was set up for a 385 series. But after meeting Jim Dove and quite a few years later ended up with and SOHC motor in the car. 4R70W trans, Strange rear. Got to strip it back down now for body work and paint so there's a long ways to go. I wanted to cry driving the car around a little bit for the first time after all these years, but I was too scared at the time. ;D. Fortunately everything worked well motor stayed cool, trans felt good, and the brakes were good!

Congrats on a great day of success! The car is looking awesome. Then again, you could put that engine in an Escort and it'd be the coolest car around. ;D

Nice attention to detail on the build. I hope you'll post some more after the paint and final assembly.
