Friend of mine just bought a hodgepodge of FE parts. We have identified one crank as a 1U. The other crank the guy swears was from a 410 but we can't find anything for numbers. Is there somewhere on the crank to look for markings?

1U is 428 stroke so info sounds correct. 428 and 410 use the 1U crank. Crank with no markings ...never heard of that for a 60's 70's FE motor. Any grinding marks where some thing could have been ground off?

We know the one crank is a 428 with the 1U. But, we have another with no markings. There is what appears to be an E stamped on one of the weights but thats all we can see. All the weights look the same except the unmarked crank has one less weight.
