I went out and measured my MT 28x10.5 ET Streets. Measurements came in at 27.5" from outside edge of tire to outside edge of tire. Took a string and measured the middle circumference and it came in at 91.5". That's a height of 29.14". That's jacked up so they don't flatspot and with about 24 lbs of pressure. Airing them down would reduce that a little, but when they are on the ground, they flatten out to the outer tire diameter anyway. Mine are 5 years old though.
