At a time in the past when I always had a bunch of 'stuff' in my car trunk, I had a Pocket Fisherman along so I could drown a worm whenever the spirit moved me. Spent some pleasant hours along back-country roads where they crossed a stream. Don't remember catching much, but they do call it fishing and not catching, so I have no complaints. You could do well with Bluegills by using a little black spider made with a bit of foam rubber for a body and rubber-bands for legs.
