Jag frontend on a 66 Fairlane
« on: June 02, 2021, 03:11:16 PM »
We have finished the Jag XJ 12 frontend swap on stepsons 66 fairlane
Now the enginebay is the size of a livingroom  8)
I post pictures when i get my computer fixed
The swap gave  us power rp  steering big fourpiston calipers, big vetilated
discs in a compact reatively light package. Mounted right under the fairlane
frame rails gave the right rideheight. Today we fabricated engine mounts
so tomorrow its time to testfit the engine. One downside is the swap requires
that i fabricated a rearsump pan

Haven't heard of that swap before. Should be interesting to see.
