CX block is an industrial block, the rods are likely small bolt, seems about 1000 dollars high or more
- Block with full machine work assuming done nicely - worst case 2000, but that would be with real good machining and nice sonic check
- Crank - 350 but with the industrial cranks you need to check the crank closely, often they run a big pulley off the front and crack
- Rods - 75
- Pistons - not much, those are likely old Badger, original would have been marked "super" for no reason other than to make you feel good

Most are sleeved as well, Ford seemed to sleeve a lot of them, did a good job, but you usually find one in a block like that
