Shout out to Jay Brown.

Hi Jay. I'm looking to install Edelbrock heads on my 390. The catch is that the engine is in a '66 F100 and I need to use truck headers for the lower port C8 heads. I saw this pic in your article in Car Craft:

Those truck headers look like my Flowtechs.
Maybe this can work and what header gaskets did you use?

That should work for you.  If I recall correctly on the gaskets, I used a set of gaskets for a 428CJ.  If your Ed heads are drilled for the CJ exhaust bolt pattern, you could also drill two more holes around each port and use all the bolts, if you wanted...
