I decided to go with the SN95 set up, the Quarter Horse works on Fords all the way up to 2007 so the Sn95 PCM is very doable with more even more available inputs then the fox body PCM. Just a lot of ignition retard issues to take care of it appears. Some one needs to come out with a reasonable distributor then it would be a much easier swap. The harness I found from Ron Francis is pricey but a complete stand alone system with a fuse and relay panel complete.
