I just attended the F100 nationals, I couldn't believe the number of Coyote swaps.  We're going to be seeing a BUNCH of these Godzillas in vehicles soon.

Just about decided I need one of those if Ford has a good price on a crate motor.
Now I just have to come up with some cash and a body to put it in.
Since it is a small block may be a 63 Falcon Futura?

I saw a recent video where Brian Wolfe commented that 5.4 and 4.6 Ford motor mounts are the same position as the Godzilla, which makes swaps easier on cars that came with those. Jared, do you know if the 5.0 coyote has the same mount location?

The reason I ask, I have a 2013 F-150 that's getting up there on miles. The 6R80 trans is a direct bolt-up, if the 5.0 motor mounts are a direct bolt up, it would make an easy swap on my truck!

Cost-wise it would be much less expensive than buying a new truck and would have better power than any f150 you can buy new.  Paint and interior on my truck still are great, but I worry about pulling anything too aggressively with as many miles are on the engine.

Mike, I know guys swapping 5.0's into previous 4.6 cars use the 4.6 mounts and bolt right up, so location must be the same. I didn't see that yet, that the 7.3 shares the same location as the 4.6/5.4. If so, maybe it will be a drop-in. Sorry I can't be of more help.
