I just installed electric ac in 70 mustang. Have not tested it yet . I tend to research items after I spend my money. This is another example of that. Price was good, but it’s all custom install as in making and crimping lines and fabricating brackets. A guy on you tube put one in a Monte Carlo. The cooling results were not great. I now wish I would have spent the money on an after market belt driven kit.

Unscrupulous on sellers part, to not mention anything about the hole in block and sub standard repair.

I purchased a McLeod unit from modern drive line . After fighting it for a year and pulling trans several times I spoke to modern driveline. Bruce said. Ya we had a lot of problems with those and no longer sell them. If you don’t like it talk to McLeod. They were equally helpful. Ended up giving it away and going external . Unless they have improved. I would not recommend McLeod.

Had George and his son build a boss 302 strokerfor me a few years a go.  Went to his home/shop and picked it up after Columbus swap meet. Was a real treat to meet and visit with them. And the engine has performed very well

Update. Tried numerous suggestions.  None seemed to help.  Pulled second rebuilt 735 off and installed a ebock 600 off another engine. Other than a hesitation when I jump on throttle it ran fine for a good hour today.  Took home and pulled unilite I installed last weekend and put pertronix conversion dist back in.  It started acting up again. Not sure I had pertronix timed properly. May reinstall it again next weekend to confirm that its an issue. Thx
