Pull the heads and get the valves touched up to fix #4 then drive the wheels off of it and enjoy it

Agreed, but remember he'll say whatever he thinks will generate more views because the views = $$$i dont know what his job was but im just saying im surprised he was bad mouthing them after working with them years ago,every engine has its quirks,sbc-stupid dist in the back etci dont care much about the video or u.t. but did you guys know he used to work for a big time race program that ran sohc engines back in the day!Ok but what did he do, build motors or clean parts ?

still doing it,i guess i have been having problems ever since i went from a msd box to a gm type modulePut the MSD box back on it and see if the problem goes away
If it turns out to be an oil feed hole from the block into the head, a pressed-in thin-wall tube in the block hole could be done without block teardown.That must be the repair that I've heard of using a pushrod with the ends cut off pushed into the oil passage thats needs repair ?

Well, it's a C8AX-D cam...probably not the cam we need for a 428 PI, C-6 highway patrol carMmmmm......No don't think thats the cam that you want for that application 😉
