Sounds cool, will it be a Mustang, Capri, Fairmont, Cougar, or T-Bird? What year?

There are a couple of fellas on the other forum that have tube chassis cars running FE's. I haven't seen them post here, though. I know 2 guys that USED to run FE's in tube chassis Mustangs.

Was this leading up to a question?

Never saw that one but shows promise for mine. I am doing a cross bolted 445 with fuel injection. I am hoping to break the 650 HP mark and glass the truck out with some carbon fiber composite panels. I got a 9" rear all ready and I am planning on a Tremec 5 speed. I have seen Fox body K member kits to mount a FE and a bell housing to make it all work for a Fox body.

What type of clutch do you use?

As it sits right there I was using a hays mark 12 , 3 finger with a single 5135 disk.
Now I have a brand new Bonafanti billet aluminum 6 finger single disk set up that I'm thinking about trying once I get the new engine back together and the car back up and running. I may start with the hays. First though just cause I'm most familiar with it.

What type of bell do you use and have you tired to fit the Bonafanti in?

Ask anything you like,
I use a old style lakewood 7" steel can I got back in the early 90's. I cut an adjustment window in it and made a cover and it turned out as good as factory.  The bonafanti single disk will fit. I have had it mocked up and the only change i had to make was going to a shorter (thinner) throwout bearing. A Duel disk will not fit ofcourse.
