I have done many variations of EFI now - and can pretty much match Summit etc.  The throttle body self learning systems are OK - the Holley seems about the best one right now.  All of them are very much reliant upon the oxygen sensor - and are super sensitive to any misfires or larger cams that contaminate the exhaust at idle.  The swooped systems (xFI,BS3, etc) are far more flexible and controllable, but they expect the user to have some tuning skills.

So Barry if I'm running a .600+ solid roller, I will have issues on the street at idle and would require a swooped system? Like the idea of a holley carb decoy. Thanks for your input.

Would like to know how the rockers are offset? Can I buy a standard 7020 set, and then use washers to make the offset, or does the offset have to be fabricated in the rocker? Looks like lock rings on the sides of the rocker, so washers might not be possible. Also can a needle bearing rocker be easily switched to bushings?

Are pentroof needed to get enough clearance for t&d rollers where baldies will not? Trying to figure out what I need.

Got to get that book. Was the bottom heat shield just a flat stainless plate?
