The bore and strok combo of the 452/454 just seems to work so well. Nice Ross.

Thanks, certainly not a monster, but when you consider iron heads, minimal over bore, and only 232 degrees of duration it's punching hard.  Not to mention being bolted into a roller skate

Wild thing is, when I went back and looked at the logs, HP was still climbing at 6000.  It almost had to be done with the cam that was in it, but I bet there was still 200-400 rpm before it levelled off.
