I believe that's a 1936-37 Lincoln Zephyr coupe

    Though I'm not familiar with the bright work at the leading edges of the fenders sweeping back in the stepped fashion?     :-\

Screen shot from a 1940 15 part Green Hornet serial. Not sure if it was called Black Beauty then or not.
