You could make your own from a section of 5/8” OD tube. There a few ready made options as well. Potentially the most economical in the search below is Eckler’s.:

I could not find a Ford document but I keep seeing these numbers in all of my searches.:

Ideally you want the entire clutch pack, including the shim, to be about .640 to .645 inch for a stock clutch pack and as thick as .655 inch for a performance pack (bottom).

Based on the diagrams I have viewed, the white wire at the box retards the timing. One of the diagrams showed the white and red flipped at the plug. Perhaps it depends on where the red wire is referenced in the circuit. Or it is a mistake in the drawing.:
