Aftermarket Heads Question

Is there any aftermarket aluminum heads close to the caliber of the TFS offerings that bolt on without any monkeying around with valve train geometry, header fitment etc.? Are the Edelbrocks the closest ones available?

Not unless you do some Pro Port Edelbrocks or something like that. 

Hard to beat a TFS head and I'm delving into some porting exercises now that are getting them up around 360 cfm. 

No issues with header fitment and adjusting stand height is something that you should do with every build.  Granted, it's harder to take some off than add shim, but Doug with Precision Oil Pumps is offering shortened stands for TFS heads.  Takes the machining variable out of it.

Thanks Brent. Will the 6114 Hooker Super Comps bolt up without issue to the TFS heads?

Never used that particular header, but there's no reason why it wouldn't.
