You just saved me $2800.00. I’m in Ma so I can’t buy that block. Thanks and good luck with sales.

If you are willing to drive 500 miles surely you would be thrilled to just strap it to a pallet and drive 5 miles to a Fastenal or Trucking terminal? I would think it would sell much quicker.

fastenal requires a complete wooden crate enclosure,no pallets.the last time i used them for a transmission it was to go 800 miles,it cost $330 plus $130 crate, and took 3 weeks,as they have no direct route to some places.the offer is mostley intended for the engine and block if bought together.

I don't want to speak for your particular Fastenal because I have heard that not all participate in the program. But you can ship on just a pallet they just won't allow you to insure it. Their prices have gone up but still in the 10-25% discount over freight companies and it is a little slower. But it isn't difficult and as long as you are willing to palletize it and drop it off, the rest is up to the buyer. I see large expensive items on ebay go dirt cheap all because the seller is not willing to ship. Offer it up and let the buyer handle it.

Looking at it  how do you bolt the alternator in ? I have a “new” 140 amp alternator to run all the electronics in my car. And also really can’t move the altdue to the turbo’s
