I went to the local IH tractor dealer and looked at the cable drives in some older tractors. I got cables close to the right lengths to fish it up through the firewall to the dash. I went to a large truck yard and dug through several trucks looking for right angle and 45* angle couplers. I got several units so I can make up any mounting I need. You can try old marinas as they might have cable supplies and take outs for older boats. They never seem to throw that stuff away when an old boat gets scraped.

We don't have an IH dealer here but do have a John Deere and some others.
We are short on marinas in south central Oklahom but do have a bunch of boat dealers and repair shops so I will get around and see what I can find.
Thanks
Greg

Thanks for the pictures.
I love the black tape.
I bet the newer black tape won't last a year.
