Sounds a little rougher than the  243in 249ex at.050 580 lift cam at 482ci that you mentioned to me :P

Good job, first runs are always stressful, good thing you took a video of it, it's nice for review.

I just put the carbs from my tunnel ram cleveland on and din't touch them. Engine going great.
Had a chance to try a set of cast Alu. Baldy valves covers that I am working on,look good and fit
all right but still need work.

Good sounding motor. I noticed the custom valve covers right away. What's the story on them?

I am working on those when I have some time. They era cast Alu.baldy's that are close to 1/2 inch higher than original ones ,but they don't fit the way I want so need to modify tooling and try another set,I'll make a new post with photo as soon as we get a set to fit ok.

   Thanks Marc.

Are the baldy's a product you plan on selling, or is it purely for yourself?

If I can get them to fit like they should I'll make them available.

Thanks.

I'm interested too.  Do you have a time line in mind?

If I can get them to fit like they should I'll make them available.

Thanks.
