Edelbrock 390 Performer

Jay,  are you going to be dyno testing a regular FE any time soon?  I have a Performer 390 that I have tweaked a little, and it would be very interesting to see if it has any potential vs the stock one you tested in your dyno thrash.  If you are at all interested in a test, I will ship it to you and pay for both ways, just to answer a nagging question.  Thanks, Joe.

Joe, I don't have any standard-ish FEs currently on the dyno list, but as I start getting some of the FE intake adapters built I will have to test various intakes with them, so at that point I'll probably have my stroker 390 and my 427 back on the dyno.  I'll keep your Performer in mind, and let you know when I'm ready to do some testing.

Sounds good.  I'm on the waiting list, anyway.  This Performer is close to the same flow as a stockish RPM, so it would be an interesting comparison in a couple of ways.  Joe-JDC.

LOL, sorry but I don't need a mule, got about five of them.  Its a matter of time and schedule for me; when I have the FE intake adapters done and start doing the dyno testing on them, I'll have an engine on the dyno that can be used to test the Performer.

Ok well as a retired Army vet now I can donate my time helping you out if needed as I am not that crazy far away from you.  ;) When you do a run of testing.
