I don't know if you have them in USA. They are a dying breed here
Retired from some job in an archive somewhere, Driving a dark coloured Volvo
shows up from nowhere like a ghost at your garage/tireshop whatever. Vanish same way whitout a trace and
whitout no one knowing what the wanted. Next day their wife shows up and
get the matter taken care of

Sometimes those "old timers" can be deceiving.  Just a few weeks back while leaving a buddies cookout, a friend in his mid 70's rolls out in his '65 Comet,straight axle, Windsor/5 spd and does a massive burnout and a perfectly executed 2nd gear powershift.   This is from a man with Parkinsons and shakes pretty bad.  He can still get it with the best of them!!

The man in the pic is actually a character from a Swedish TV series.
About two brothers that had a gas station.Where in each episode
they cursed about who had parked a blue Volvo so stupid outside.
And the beige customer (the Volvo owner) sneaked around in the
shop and tried to talk to them. But they never saw him.
The series was hilarious with all the characters that show up at a
place like that.
From the cheap school teachers that want discount because they
went to school with your brothers neighbour, to know it all that
tried to fix the car them self and brings a bucket of parts for you
to fix

Dive? The customers where I go place bets on cockroach races. Not too bad until you find out that they bring the contestants from their own homes. Even worse, the defending home team is recruited from the pizza 'n' wings kitchen in the bar. Race losers become olives on the pizza. Mmmm...olives...
