Gosh. I read the description, but I'm still confused. Maybe someone can help me. Could this be an actual cop car?

Yes, and I can take my Cop car with Cop undercover red and blue's and Cop spot lights and Cop siren on the Cop run to Cop a look at it. Yippee!

Toreador is a rare color to find on any Vic, much less a Cop.
