There was this thing here with a guy in next town from me,
that had a speedshop, very nice guy i bought a lot of parts
from him during the years.
He bought a lot of parts from a wrecking yard in Chicago i think
it was, that was involved in some illegal gun business

And FBI set a trap via a snitch that got less prison time the More
he talked so this guy ended up in jail in USA. Completely Innocent? i don't
know but...He buying thousands of guns each year under several years
Don't think so, where the hell should he have sold them? Biggest town around
here is 50000 people. Extremely low on gunrelated crimes. Even the cops
here didn't believe it.They never heard even a whisper that he was selling guns
He knew i was interested in guns but never even hinted that he could fix
me anything gun related so i don't know.....things are not always what they seem

If he is importing guns without serial numbers i'm sure they are not being sold to hunters. And those Thureon machine guns (check for videos on those!) are only for hunters that need to kill a huge herd of deer in three seconds.
Sounds like Paul and Heo's pal are both involved in the underworld to some degree and being in jail is probably the safer way to break ties with a gang.

Morbidly obese or not, he is a criminal with intent for that deal. Hope it isn't just SOHC's that change a person. I fear for Jay  ;)

That's about what you'd get here in the states for illegally owning/selling a class III firearm. I really hate it when the media demonizes an inanimate object. At $15,000 a pop I doubt they would ever be "On the streets" as they said. Most likely sold to a collector. I will also add that I wasn't even slightly terrified by this firearm let alone it being "truly terrifying".

Not to drag this further off subject, but you can buy 80% lowers (the bottom trigger holder part of the gun, 80% machined. This is the only part that must be serialized in an above counter sale), legally, all day long. Buy 'em by the hundreds. A couple of simple machining procedures and they are ready to use....sans any serial numbers, and all completely legal. Legally, you can't sell them though. So if Heo's friend had given them away as "gifts", he woulda been fine. :)

The snitch had told FBI that my "friend" bought all illegal weapons
that was available in Chicago and had done that for years and sold
them around here???? to whom??? yeah right just was not that big
market in the whole country at that time.5-600 heavy criminals in
the whole country
Hunters around here preferred a 6.5 Mauser with a scope or a 30-06
The few heavy criminals we had preferred a Swedish K stolen from the Army
If he was completely innocent i don't know but that big gundealer he was not
he was set up. And got i don't remember how many years 10-12 but he got
released after 6 months i think......so something fishy with the whole story
Maybe FBI tried to get at the Italians that had the junkyard through him
What I'm saying...whats in the newspaper is seldom the truth and that you get
a conviction don't garante that you are guilty

I dont defend Munroe but. Machineguns they are not, full auto karbines. are not
a machinegun and 5000 extra for no serialnr? 30 sec with a grinder I think the journalist as usualy
is dreaming up much of the story

Looks like a duck, quacks like a duck.  Maybe there is some other story, but man it doesn't sound good.  Those guns sound like they are intended for bad guys shooting good guys.
