Pass from Street Series night at local track
« on: September 22, 2023, 06:11:53 PM »
Could not hold car in box for burnout. It would just spin up close to the line and I just staged after that. So 60’ was off by a tenth, (1.56).

Joe, cuz it’s a street night all the classes have an 11.50 limit. The vid was of a one of my two qualifying where I get after it to see how it’s running. If you get knocked out of Eliminations then you can go into the test n tune lane and get after it again.

Man we would love to have some 1.5 60 foot times. Our best is a 1.61 60 foot.

I have had a 1.46 with the 10.5 Hoosiers, provided I can heat  ‘em first.
I admire the guys who get it done with 9” rubber.

We're running 10.5 M/T on a 28" rim. We hook up good, but were launching at only 2800 rpm. We need more converter, then maybe we can get our 60' number better.
