Wow, 60 grams for the valves??  That is unbelievably light, are you sure about that number?  What kind of valves are they?

Those spring pressures don't sound out of line to me if you are running a fairly aggressive lobe profile.  The lobes aren't that big, but if the ramps are aggressive you will need a fairly heavy spring.  Why are you concerned with those spring pressures?  They are actually pretty mild for a roller cam.  Also, I've never heard of a valve with a spring pressure limit.  If you can give more detail on all this it would help...

lol yeah i know del west 6mm stem 2.200 intake face. if the valves weight was 130 grams or more that 250 and 500 would be great

i have a friend that builds a lot of nation wide engine he said he runs max press. on 6mm stem 250 and 600 with med 800 lift and alot more dur and when they break its always a valve. i'd let him look at what i have its just hard to get in touch with him right now. i would like my engine to run more than 500 to 1000 miles

So those are titanium valves.  I'm afraid I don't have any experience with valves that are that light, but as you said you can probably reduce the spring pressures somewhat.  Maybe try 200 on the seat and 475 or 500 over the nose?  Just a guess on my part.  I would try calling Del West and see what they say.

FYI the Ferrea valves on my SOHC engines weigh about 114 grams and I use 240 on the seat and 600 over the nose, with a .720 lift cam.
