Are these realistic ratings?

Ok, they sent me the wrong cam, but it may be what I really need. The cam is a Elgin E573S, which claims on Elgin site to be a duplicate of the C6AZ-6250-A. They don't list anything as far as operating range. After a weekend of Google being my friend, I have searched and found descriptions of a Howard's cam claiming to be a "Near duplicate of the Ford 345HP/428 cam FMC #C6AZ-6250-A. also. My digging tells me that would have to be a 67 428, non Cobra and non PI. Am I right so far? The original specs Im reading show that engine to deliver 345HP@4600 and Max torque of 462 @ 2800? Are these realistic numbers? I'm basically stock, gasket matched heads which are c4ae-6090g. Going into a truck for towing, cruising RPMs range from 2K to 2500, this could be just what I need. I will be running headers and electronic ignition, other than that seems like it is turning into stock rebuild.

I'm giggling on their exact "duplicate of the C6AZ-6250-A."  Here's a link supposedly to the real deal FoMoCo:   Certainly there were a zillion stock 390GT/428CJ's that did perfectly fine with that cam. I think you'll find it will be dead and buried about 5,500 and offer up low end torque that will hurt a John Deere

I sent my question to Elgin cams and got this reply today.

 E-966-P is an RV type cam. The duration that the valves are open and the overlap indicates that the E-966-P will be the choice if you want to hear a little idle. The E-573-S power range is approximately 1000-3200 RPM with a torque range from 1600-2000 rpm’s. The E-996P power range is approximately 1500-4000 with a torque range from 1800-2600 rpm’s.

 I called the company that sent me the wrong cam, and they have the right one on the way. I hate the idea of putting it together and it having less than my wore out 390. Now I wait,,again. Thanks.
