It is obvious that they photoshopped the monkey tail out of Joel's picture  ;D

Here's a couple of pictures of Kevin that made the same list:

That's a good picture of Kevin mapping out the route from Indy to Union Grove. He is sitting not too far from the Drunk Monkey's oil spill.

I don't, but Hot Rod did a short article on the car, at the link below:

I showed your post to the Trunk Monkey, this was his response:

A note to the uneducated masses among you: The genus Trunkumus Monkus, (colloquially known as "Trunk Monkey")  is in fact a highly developed specimen of the genus  Pan Troglodyte (colloquially know as the common Chimpanzee). Pan Troglodyte is anurous. (to the layperson: has no tail) Therefore I strongly recommend to Mr. Brown that he stick to the subjects that he knows best, such as chasing electrons through zener diodes.
All in the name of good Science,
Yours Truly, Professor T. Monkey, DOTM

Kevin,
Thanks for posting that. Have you started getting letters from Hollywood like me? They saw my picture on Hot Rod, now they want me to play Burt Reynolds part in the remake of Smokey and the Bandit.  Multi-million dollar salary. Hot starlets all around. Guaranteed residuals. I had to tell them no, I'm too busy working on my Drag Week car for next year...

I bow to the simian expertise of Professor T. Monkey  ;D

(I'm afraid to ask, but what does DOTM stand for? Department Of The Monkey?)

Friend of mine ( Chevy guy  :( ) took this pic on the last day of Drag Week. He knew I was a FE fan and had forum friends in Drag Week.

Most good racers get umbrella protective coverage provided to them.  ;D

I was not there, had work commitments. Otherwise I would have at least drove over from Omaha for Friday show.

Congratulations to the FE faithful that worked so hard to participate in Drag Week......old Dodge/Plymouth Hemi's too !

Clark

electrons through zener diodes? that's a one way trip. My trunk monkey prefers OA2s, but he is very old & set in his ways.
