I like it!  I'll make it a sticky.  For anyone posting here, please update your messages so that people know when the parts you are trying to unload are no longer available.

Drew those heads would be perfect for my son who is collecting parts for his first FE.
Or engine of any kind for that matter.
I would be happy to pay for anything it would take to get them to Spencer Iowa.
If you are close he could even road trip it.

FreeStuff - 1967 Comet steel hood Tidewater VA
« Reply #5 on: June 08, 2015, 09:53:51 PM »
Hopefully I'm doing this right...don't want to hi-jack Drew's excellent idea/thread.

Hood surplus to my requirements, comes with the alum leading edge trim strip. Free to the 1st person who wants to come get it and put it to its intended use (ie, on a car and not sold for scrap)

Full disclosure, its in good shape, but appears to have been in a v minor crunch at some stage on the pass leading edge but from 10 ft away isn't noticable and certainly isn't much more than a 'buff out' imperfection.

These appear to be a 70's High Riser intake gasket set, judging from the colours and thick dust.
Doubt I will fire up a HR anytime soon. ::)
Of course you will have to pay the post, but they are free. ;)

Ordered Axle pivot bushings for my 76 F100 from Macs or some such place, it was 3-4 years ago.
I just tore my trucks front end apart and noticed they are the wrong ones.  correct ones ordered, been too long to send back these old ones.

2, cork c6 transmission pan gaskets.  -Free
I use those fancy dual rubber/metal clad gaskets so I end up with alotta extra stock gaskets.

Same goes with c6 transmission pans.... I've got stock ones, heavy gauge ones, chrome ones with drain plugs etc, they are just collecting dust.
While on the c6 thread, I've got tons of extra c6 parts laying around, planetary gears, reverse hubs, stock drums, etc, if you need something lemme know.

Drain pans and gaskets, all gone!

Free for forum members.  1961 Mercury 2dr hardtop body shell, came from Seattle, not restorable due to rust in the cowl and front door post area.   Trunk full of parts.   Hood is toast, I can remove it for you to make it easier to load.  Some asshat stole the power steering and linkage so the front spindles rotate freely, they are rusty anyway.  Has been sitting there on blocks for about 3 years so some rust is forming underneath.  Floorboards aren't too bad, could be used as patch panels.  Rear footwell area has been crushed upward by a fork lift operator.   Located NW PA.

Note: Ran out of time, had to get a local junkyard to haul it away.  So, its gone.

Free magazines. Wifey says they gotta go. I have numerous (200-300, maybe even 400) Super Ford, Mustang Monthly, Mustangs and fast Fords, etc. Most from the 90's and early 2000's. I have about 8-10 boxes of them. Probably too heavy to ship, but come get them. I am in SoCal; Temecula (home) and /or Fountain Valley (work). Email me. robert @ bartwood.com

I am looking for a pair of valve covers to fit my 1962 352 FE that have an oil fill hole in them.  Preferably stock looking. I am changing my intake to a 4 barrel and the aftermarkets do not have an oil fill tube hole in them. Let me know. stang8895@hotmail.com Daniel.

TRANSMISSIONS:  I have a two transmissions that need a new home.

C6: TCI Streetfighter.  The good, only 10,000 miles on it.  The bad, when I originally got it installed had a problem where it would lose it's hydraulic prime sitting overnight.  I should have pulled it but didn't and eventually found out it was an internal crack in the case in the pressure passage.  It eventually propagated to the outside at the EPT plug.  I was going to transfer all the internals to another case but decided to go with a manual instead.  Free for FE Power members!

Cruise-O-Matic MX:  original transs out of my 65 F-100.  FE bellhousing, flange tailshaft.  Free for FE Power members!

   Eric,
If you still have the C6 transmission available I could use it. I am in So Cal and could pick it up from you.  I have a cherry case to transfer it over to. I understand if you have already committed to Drew, no problem.

Free Flowkooler water pumps and China brake drums for 1964 Galaxie. I bought these a few years ago when I was trying to get my car running after I first bought it. All brand new in the boxes.

I have one each of up to '65 and '65 on water pumps, and will not be using them.

Free couple of stray FT heads. I don't know anything about them, they could be total junk, or not lol. I was forced to take them to get some other stuff. Probably not worth shipping and shipping is not included. I'm in Minnesota, although if anyone is interested I could drop them off along the Dragweek 2018 route. Likewise if anyone is interested in the valves, etc. let me know, I'd pull them if not stuck. Otherwise they'll get recycled some day. One is a C4TE-D the other looks to be D1 E-FA.

Pulled a running 360 from my 1970 F100. Motor has evidence of a reman. on top. No sludge at all.
Carb has a Holley reman. tag and was freshened by me a year ago with gaskets, float, etc. Has kickdown linkage (even though truck was a manual). Bolt on ready.
Heads, intake, Autolite 2100, exhaust manifolds and 3 speed manual all up for grabs. Otherwise, calling my local Craigs scrap metal lurker. Only keeping the block.
I think I still have the air cleaner too...oh, and a couple water pumps

Even though I'm a long way away  from anyone I've got parts from about 20 FE's, mostly heads, block plates, flex plates cranks rods, pistons, intakes, and tons of bolts and accessory adapters. Probably 15 water pumps from the 60's and 70's. TC covers  &---------------- I head to the Denver area a couple of times a year with a F350 so could bring stuff that far and ship from there. Free but shipping. Some 1968-70 FE parts will need a bit of sale price.
I'm in Brookings Oregon, 7 miles north of the Calif. state line on the Pacific coast.
PM me for info. Heading to Denver Sept. 1 for a month and again in May 2019. Michigan again in 2019 with engine blocksavailable. (FYI Barry R if you want some)

I'm in Denver, come by my place! We're currently setting up my barn for car and parts storage and taking parts that are stored in 3 separate places and making just 1 storage place out of it. We'll be weeding through a ton of stuff and recycling anything that has no use (have a few cracked blocks), not sure what shape your stuff is in but I could weed through that stuff as well.

Sounds good. PM me. I'm in the Fort Lupton area.

Stock class racer Neal Rhodes is in that Franktown area. If you brother in law is a car guy he may know him? Saw Neal's car at the Mile High's last weekend, he's running a late model cobra jet Mustang with a 352 FE in it I believe, in the GT class.

Added a box of refubished OEM non adjustable rocker arms. About 250 with the tips resurfaced. About 32 unfinished and another 32-48 still on the shafts.

I have a couple items that I would like to get out of the garage, if anyone is interested.

1. Complete C6 from a 1966 428 Passenger Car. - Gone

2. Power Steering Bracket, Hoses, Pump and Cooler from a mid 70's FE pickup. - Gone (shipped to Germany).

I would rather not ship these items, but we can work this out if someone really can use them. San Francisco is the location.

I have 2 sets of SCE 134101 Ford FE intake manifold gaskets. I bought them thinking they fit a Medium Riser port like Edelbrock, BBM, Survival, or Trick Flow. They do NOT fit these heads.

They appear to fit a High Riser style head that uses a Medium Riser port size...a cylinder head that is not in my zip code.

I will ship them at my expense to anyone here that can post a picture of what cylinder head they fit.

I looked in my 2013 SCE Gasket catalog, by the description it looks like the #134101 should have fit what you expected. The catalog shows a #134102 intake gasket for a “Blue Thunder small bore High Riser”, I don’t know if that helps I.D. it? Maybe they were mis-packaged?

They look just like the 134102's.

Offer still stands. Post a pic of your cylinder head that needs these gaskets and I'll send 'em to ya, my treat.

Tommy, the 134102’s are Blue Thunder port gaskets.
Looks like a mispackage.

I have a pair of intake valley tins if someone wants to pay shipping. Also, I have a new set of (7) std. Speed Pro rod bearings. I used these bearings in my 427 but upon inspection I found one shell had a defect in it. I was unable to buy just a pair so I had to buy a complete set. These are the remaining bearings. Again just pay shipping if you need some spares or can locate a pair.

Throw the bearings in with my pan. I'll try to find another one on Ebay.

I have two sets of Standard FD-8182 points new in the box, which are listed as being Y-Block Ford.  They don't have the felt wiper pad but they do have Made in USA stamped on them.  Free to anyone who can use them as long as you are in the Continental US.  Otherwise, I would need some help with the shipping.  jimwoods7 at outlook dot com.

I've been cleaning up the garage and I've got an old Sioux valve grinder and set grinder that I've had for a long time. Needs to be cleaned up and serviced but it all works. The valve grinder had a separate coolant pump that was gone when I got the machines, I never tried to find the correct replacement - I was going to use one of the misters we run on the mill.

I hate to get rid of them, but I don't really have much use for them at this point and I'd like to see them go someplace where they will get some much needed attention.

Let know the shipping and if you have PayPal, I'll pay that way.

I do have paypal. I'm not sure shipping this tuff is going to be a reasonable price, but I'll get it on a pallet and see who has the best price - it'll be coming from Western Washington to wherever you're at. Is it residential delivery or commercial?

My address is:
Frank Elliott

Central Point, OR 97502

Cell - 541-292-9141

I can unload a pallet.

I went by Fastenal today and apparently they don't ship. Not sure what the deal is, so I need to go by a different store and see what they say. The other option might be if you want to drive north, next week I'll be near Coos Bay. It's still probably a 4 or 5 hour drive tho. I've got a pallet and will get everything strapped and wrapped tomorrow I think.

I received quotes from several brokers, were all high in my opinion. In the end I requested a quote from FedEx that was the most reasonable if I picked it up at theirs depo.
