I live in bear country and get humoured by them all the time.I used to have a small freezer on my porch(sort of ground level) with goodies in it.Mrs Bear and her cubs got in it one night and took all the frozen blue berrys.I put a cargo strap on it and put a end to it,Or so I thought.Next week she tried to drag the freezer off the porch.Would have made it if the cord hadn't got hung up.I put a rifle shot in to the yard to scare her off as she was teaching her cubs a dangerous habit.

Everybody around here knows this is bear territory and we just deal with it and leave them alone and let them be.I have never heard of one getting intentionaly hurt.....Coyotes are another story.....Cory

I wonder where they found the dumpster? :o
Coyotes are becoming a real nuisance in my area also. In MANY areas in fact. The fact that they were re-introduced by insurance companies to curb a deer population....I won't comment on >:(

Now that's a Red Green idea if I've ever heard one!   ;D
Hmmm, and a darn good one. A small fire under a dumpster...now you got me to thinking...
