I know Trickflow has them readily available.  I don't recall if they were covered in Jay's book right off hand, but I would expect them to be on par with factory manifolds at the very least.

Trick Flow makes a “Tunnel Wedge” style intake manifold, not a “Tunnel Port” intake manifold.
