Wanted .. distributor spring for FE

Need a distributor spring for an FE .. not the big one but the smaller one

Have 2 Mr Gasket springs and my mech. advance is coming in a bit to early

Searched online and not sure if anything I found would work, the specs were not clear

Ricky: I've got at least 20 FE distributors. Ford. Motorcraft Mallory Accel and others. How do I figure out which spring you need?

Sorry was not clearer

It is a Ford single point with vacuum advance

It originally had a small spring that stretched out a bit to install and a heavier spring that was a lose fit

I need a small spring that has to stretched out a bit to install

I cleaned out my storage and brought a bunch of stuff home, need anything ??

I brought home my Daddy an I's storage stuff, found a spring from an old distributor

Forgot all the old small block an FE stuff, bunch of stuff marked C2 and up, alts, starters an such
