All of the side windows can be duplicated from flat Lexan stock (0.250 nominal). That won't work for the rear window due to the compound curves on that piece. The originals from DST/Ford were fabricated from a butyrate-type plastic but I'm unsure of the exact method employed for the rear. The Lexan flat stock is easy to cut and shape using the original side glasses as patterns and should not be prohibitively expensive. Good luck.

Like SS said, it is pretty simple to make your own side windows from Lexan or Plexiglass, especially for a sedan, as the window is supported with the doors window frames. I made my own lexan windows for my 64 Falcon 2 door sedan, and my 78 Fairmont, I just bought a sheet of lexan, and using the factory door glass, traced out the pattern, and cut it out with a sabre saw with a fine toothed blade. On the Fairmont, the weight saving was not all that much, so I swapped back to the factory glass, but on older cars, with much thicker glass, the weight savings is fairly substantial.

1985 Mustang HB 331 SB Ford, 4 speed Jerico, best of 10.29@128 MPH 1.40 60 foot.

Side windows are simple, just flat. The rear window could fit a flat piece but flat will look like it's bowed inward on the car. The windshield would have to be molded and you can do that using the glass windshield and laying the plexi overtop and heating it in a huge oven. Used to be a shop near me but he sold that oven.

i used optic armour 1/4 flat for my rear window.it had a natrual bow in it that doesnt look flat after i installed it.looks good.but i screwd up when i cut it,and left it long top to bottom on one side, now i cant get the trim in.may have to remove it and trim it.
fyi,put tape on the window, not the plastic cover ,it moved on me when cutting!
